Our strengths

Our student houses have all the assets to make your student time as enjoyable as possible.

Our student houses have a very central location, close to the schools and the railway station.

All rooms are equipped with private sanitary facilities (toilet, sink and shower) with ventilation system.
Convenient furnishing
All rooms are furnished with a kitchenette (sink, worktop and fridge with freezer), bed, desk and storage cabinets.
Super fast internet
All rooms have the fastest internet connection (fixed connection in each room and wifi in the entire building).
Separate meters
There are 4 separate meters per room: electricity, heating, cold water and hot water (legionella-free).
Large kitchen
A large communal kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, cooker hood, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, storage cabinets and TV.
Washing machine
There is a washing machine and dryer available to students.
Bicycle storage
A secure bicycle storage is available.
